In high-power charging applications, connector performance depends not only on current capacity, but also on thermal control, cable handling, and operating stability under repeated use. The liquid-cooling structure helps this series support demanding charging environments more effectively.
This series is suitable for public fast charging infrastructure, highway charging sites, fleet depots, and other commercial projects with frequent use. It also supports charger-side integration with practical engineering data such as coolant flow rate, coolant capacity, heat exchange performance, and key electrical and mechanical specifications.
Project-based options are available for different charger designs, cable layouts, and branding requirements. Technical documents for the selected model can be provided upon request for project review and engineering evaluation.

WORKERSBEE EV Connectors are manufactured with accuracy and efficiency by fully automatic production lines. The 360-degree visual inspections are carried out at each stage of the production. Attention to detail is paid to production lines to ensure that every plug produced meets the highest quality standards and has no defects. The quality control system was designed to ensure the best possible end product so that customers are assured of receiving a safe and reliable product.

Thermal Control for High-Current Charging
The liquid-cooling structure is designed to support high-current charging applications with better temperature management. This series covers 300A, 400A, and 500A configurations, with published heat exchange data for each current level to support project-side evaluation.
Built for High-Power Charging System Integration
This series supports charging systems up to 1000V DC and includes practical engineering data such as coolant flow rate, coolant capacity, and key electrical and mechanical specifications for charger-side matching.
Suitable for High-Utilization Commercial Charging Projects
The connector is developed for public fast charging stations, highway charging sites, fleet depots, and other commercial charging applications where charging equipment is expected to operate under frequent use.
Stable Product Structure for Repeated Commercial Use
With liquid cooling, IP55 protection, and 10,000+ mating cycles, this series is designed for commercial charging environments that require repeated connection and outdoor operation.
What continuous current can I plan for?
This handle is engineered for 500 A continuous at up to 1000 V DC with a temperature rise < 50 °C when the cooling loop meets spec. Ask us for the thermal curves to match your ambient and duty cycle.
What cooling loop do I need?
Use a silicone-oil circuit sized for 1.5–3.0 L/min flow at about 3.5–8 bar to the handle. A 5 m cable typically holds ~2.5 L of coolant; typical per-handle power is <160 W. We provide integration notes for pumps, heat exchangers, hoses, and quick-connects.
Is it suitable for outdoor public sites?
Yes—outdoor rated with IP55 sealing and an operating range of −35 °C to +50 °C. Handle acoustics are <60 dB (about normal conversation), and mating force is <100 N for easy daily use. The mechanism is tested for >10,000 cycles.
Will it work with my CCS2 charger and standards?
The design complies with IEC 62196-3 requirements for DC high-power couplers and supports temperature sensing at critical zones. It is intended for CCS2 EVSE systems; wiring maps and sensor signal details are included in our integration guide. TÜV/CE documentation is available on request.
What maintenance is required?
Keep the coupler face clean, inspect seals and latch components on schedule, and check coolant level/filters during routine service. Avoid high-pressure jets directly on the face. A maintenance checklist and service intervals are provided in the service guide; warranty is 24 months.
