As the scent of mugwort fills the air and the summer breeze carries the promise of warmth and renewal, Workersbee welcomes the 2025 Dragon Boat Festival with heartfelt celebration and forward-looking spirit. While this ancient festival is steeped in cultural heritage, for Workersbee, it also becomes a meaningful expression of care, sustainability, and innovation—values at the heart of our EV charging solutions.     Honoring Tradition with a Human Touch Celebrated for over 2,000 years, the Dragon Boat Festival (also known as Duanwu Festival) is a time for remembrance, protection, and well-being. In Chinese tradition, it’s a moment to eat zongzi, hang herbal sachets, and reflect on the resilience and loyalty embodied by the ancient poet Qu Yuan.   At Workersbee, we embrace this cultural moment as more than a holiday—it is a chance to connect our team, show gratitude, and reinforce the values that also guide our product development: precision, care, and user-focused design.       This year, every employee received a carefully curated Dragon Boat Festival gift set, which included handmade zongzi, traditional herbal sachets, and a small wellness pack. These gifts were designed with intention, echoing the way we approach our EV charging technologies—every detail matters, and every individual counts.     Thoughtful Care, Rooted in Culture and Innovation As a company committed to developing high-performance EV charging products—including portable EV chargers, AC charging cables, and liquid-cooled DC connectors—we know that delivering excellence starts with people. Just as we prioritize safety, convenience, and sustainability in our charging solutions, we bring the same level of care into our employee experience.   Each Dragon Boat Festival gift was packaged with eco-friendly materials, aligning with our company’s mission to support sustainable mobility and reduce environmental impact. Even the zongzi were wrapped in biodegradable bamboo leaves, highlighting how tradition and green innovation can go hand in hand.   By mindfully honoring traditional Chinese holidays, Workersbee demonstrates that cutting-edge technology and cultural responsibility are not mutually exclusive—they are mutually reinforcing.     A Culture of Appreciation Behind Every Charge In the rapidly growing global electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure market, it’s easy to get caught up in the pace of technological advancement. But at Workersbee, we never lose sight of the human side of innovation. Behind every energy-efficient charging cable and every next-generation EV connector, there’s a team of dedicated individuals who bring our vision to life.   This festival provided the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, and express appreciation—not only for our employees, but also for our partners and clients worldwide. It’s your continued trust in Workersbee that fuels our growth and inspires us to deliver smarter, more reliable, and more sustainable EV charging solutions every day.     Green Values That Go Beyond Technology The Dragon Boat Festival is rooted in themes of health, protection, and balance with nature. These same ideas are woven into Workersbee’s commitment to clean energy and low-carbon transportation. Whether we are engineering high-power liquid-cooled connectors for public fast-charging stations or portable chargers for EV drivers on the go, our goal is the same: to make sustainable mobility accessible, practical, and scalable.   This year’s celebration was also a reminder that the future of transportation is not only about what we build—but also about how we build it. With every innovation, we strive to reduce waste, optimize energy use, and promote a greener planet for generations to come.     Connected by Culture, Powered by Purpose As we move into the second half of 2025, Workersbee remains focused on its mission: to drive the global transition toward electric mobility through safe, intelligent, and eco-conscious EV charging solutions.   The Dragon Boat Festival reminds us that progress and tradition are not opposites. • WEG Visits Workersbee: Strengthening Global EV Charging Collaboration Through Technology
    May 16, 2025
On May 5th, 2025, Workersbee was pleased to welcome a delegation from WEG, one of Brazil’s most respected industrial technology companies, for an in-depth factory tour and technical exchange. The visit reinforced both companies’ shared commitment to advancing electric mobility, particularly in the field of DC charging technologies.   As a global leader in motors, automation, and energy systems, WEG has built its reputation on vertical integration, innovation, and a deep understanding of regional needs. With operations in over 120 countries and more than 47,000 employees worldwide, WEG continues to push the frontiers of electrification—especially in fast-growing EV markets like Brazil.     A Closer Look at Advanced Cable Manufacturing During their visit to Workersbee's factory, the WEG team explored our DC charging cable production line, which is equipped to support both GB/T and international standards. One area that sparked particular interest was our new-generation cable solution, developed specifically in response to market demands for higher efficiency and better cost-performance balance.   Instead of relying solely on traditional thick-conductor designs to reduce heat, Workersbee has introduced a thinner cable design engineered with advanced conductor material optimization and precision insulation control. These cables not only reduce material usage and improve flexibility, but also maintain superior thermal performance under high current loads — a result of two key innovations:   Ultrasonic Welding at the Connector Terminal: The head-end terminals of our cables are assembled using ultrasonic welding, a process that creates a solid-state bond between conductors and contact interfaces. Compared to conventional crimping, ultrasonic welding offers:   Lower contact resistance   Improved vibration tolerance   Consistent joint integrity across large batches   This ensures both electrical reliability and mechanical durability — critical for public DC charging environments.   Optimized Heat Dissipation Performance: Our new cable design leverages tightly controlled conductor geometry and multi-layer insulation with specific heat-transfer properties. Internal lab testing shows that even under 200A to 250A current loads, the temperature rise is lower than that of older, thicker cable models. This makes the new cable ideal for high-frequency, urban-use charging stations where compactness and performance are both essential.   Understanding Regional Market Needs Throughout the discussion, WEG shared valuable insights into the Brazilian EV market, including how recent price-driven competition has reshaped procurement decisions. The rise of more aggressive DC charging offerings in Brazil—especially from emerging players—has increased the pressure on global suppliers to innovate not just technically, but commercially.   Instead of simply reducing costs, Workersbee’s approach has been to rethink the structural design of its products, allowing for performance retention even with more efficient material usage. By improving the internal thermodynamics and refining terminal connections, we’re able to deliver solutions that balance engineering quality and market competitiveness.   Real Production, Real Readiness During the tour, WEG engineers observed active production of GB/T-compliant DC cables on the floor. The presence of a working team during the visit demonstrated Workersbee’s operational readiness and transparency — something particularly valued in strategic partnerships.   The visitors were able to examine:   Inline quality checks on conductor alignment   Terminal welding under ultrasonic parameters   Cable jacket inspection for uniformity and sealing   Final assembly of charging connectors and protective shells   The plant tour made clear that Workersbee is not only equipped for R&D, but also for mass production with high process consistency.   Exploring Future Collaboration WEG expressed positive feedback about Workersbee’s technical competencies and product engineering depth. While pricing competitiveness remains a key factor in their market strategy, it was clear from the exchange that technical reliability, manufacturing traceability, and product flexibility are also essential criteria.   At Workersbee, we strongly believe that the future of EV charging requires more than off-the-shelf products — it requires engineered solutions built around regional needs. Whether through co-development projects, specification customization, or localized product tuning, we are ready to support partners like WEG with both standard and tailored charging solutions.     About Workersbee Workersbee is a technology-driven EV charging manufacturer based in China. Our portfolio includes DC and AC charging connectors, high-performance cables, portable chargers, and EV infrastructure components. With end-to-end control over design, testing, and manufacturing, we deliver solutions that meet global standards including GB/T, CCS2, and NACS.   We focus on creating EV charging products that offer not just compatibility, but also thermal efficiency, mechanical reliability, and long-term performance in real-world applications.   We thank WEG for visiting our facility and engaging in meaningful technical dialogue. Together, we look forward to building a cleaner, smarter, and more connected EV charging ecosystem—one that reflects both global ambition and local insight.

  • Honoring All Mothers: A Workersbee Tribute to Mother's Day 2025
    May 08, 2025
Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and here at Workersbee, we’ve been thinking a lot about what this day really means. Sure, it’s a time for flowers, cards, and maybe a phone call to remind mom how much she’s appreciated. But if we dig a little deeper, Mother’s Day is also about recognizing the people—and the planet—that quietly, patiently, and constantly support us.   Whether it’s the mom who raised you, the colleague who balances work and parenting like a pro, or the Earth that gives us the air we breathe and the materials we build with—they all deserve a little love.     The Bees Behind the Name Let’s start with something close to home: our name, Workersbee. It wasn’t just a random pick from a branding brainstorm. The bee symbolizes dedication, teamwork, and the kind of quiet effort that often goes unnoticed—but makes everything run. That idea resonates with how many of us think about our own mothers, doesn’t it?   Our founder, Mr. Ye Ning, always hoped Workersbee would be a place where everyone contributes like bees in a hive—cooperating, staying focused, and working with a shared sense of purpose. It’s a vision that lines up surprisingly well with how most moms approach life. Organized chaos. Juggling acts. And somehow… things always get done.   Moms at Work—and at Work We’re proud that so many incredible women are part of our team. Some of them are moms themselves, balancing product development schedules with school pickups. Some are supporting parents. Some are new to parenting. And many of us simply carry the lessons we’ve learned from our own mothers into our daily work.   Those lessons often sound like common sense—“do it right the first time,” “look out for each other,” or “don’t forget to eat lunch”—but they’re also the foundation of how we work as a company. Whether we’re engineering a new EV connector or planning our next product launch, that sense of care and responsibility shows up everywhere.   We don’t just design for function. We think about safety, ease of use, and sustainability—because building something well means thinking about the people who’ll use it, and the world it’ll be used in.     Let’s Not Forget Mother Earth While we’re on the topic of appreciation, we can’t skip over another kind of mother we all share—Mother Earth. She’s a bit like the ultimate multitasker: growing forests, managing weather, supplying raw materials, and reminding us (more and more urgently) that she has limits.   Our work at Workersbee is deeply connected to the environment. We make EV connectors, cables, and portable chargers—tools that help people move in ways that are cleaner and smarter. That’s not just good business. It’s part of a bigger picture. A quieter kind of gratitude. Every time we improve charging efficiency, extend product life, or reduce waste in production, we’re saying thanks in our own way.   We know we’re just one piece of a much larger effort. But we believe in doing our part. Thoughtful design, reliable products, and an honest commitment to sustainability—that’s how we show respect for the planet that makes our work possible.     A Simple Thank You Mother’s Day doesn’t need to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s just about taking a moment. So here’s ours.   To all the moms in the Workersbee team—thank you for your patience, your strength, and the way you quietly bring stability into our sometimes hectic world.   To our own mothers—thank you for the values you instilled, and the love you gave, even when we didn’t say it out loud.   To Mother Earth—thank you for everything. We promise to keep building in ways that respect your boundaries.   From all of us at Workersbee, Happy Mother’s Day. Go hug your mom. Or call her. Or send a message. And if you get the chance, take a walk outside and thank the original mother we all share.

  • Workersbee Joins Hands for a Greener Future—2025 Arbor Day Initiative
    March 10, 2025
Embracing Sustainability on Arbor Day March 12, 2025 – As the world accelerates toward carbon neutrality, businesses have a crucial role to play in shaping a sustainable future. Arbor Day is more than just a tradition of planting trees—it symbolizes environmental responsibility and our collective effort to combat climate change. At Workersbee, a leading manufacturer of EV charging solutions, sustainability is at the core of our mission. We are committed not only to reducing carbon footprints through energy-efficient charging products but also to engaging in tangible environmental actions.   To mark Arbor Day 2025, Workersbee launched a large-scale tree-planting initiative, reinforcing our commitment to eco-friendly development. Through this initiative, we aim to restore green spaces, improve air quality, and raise awareness about the importance of sustainability in the EV industry.   Workersbee’s Green Action—Planting the Seeds of Change As part of our 2025 Arbor Day Initiative, Workersbee mobilized employees, industry partners, and local communities to actively participate in reforestation efforts. Our team planted over 500 trees in urban and industrial areas, helping to absorb CO₂, reduce air pollution, and create a healthier ecosystem. By restoring green spaces, we contribute to long-term environmental resilience and support biodiversity conservation.   Beyond tree planting, Workersbee has pledged to donate a portion of our March sales revenue to environmental conservation programs. These funds will support reforestation projects, sustainable land management, and renewable energy research, reinforcing our commitment to green innovation.   Additionally, we are integrating sustainability principles into our operations by adopting eco-friendly manufacturing practices, reducing plastic waste, and optimizing our supply chain to lower carbon emissions. These steps ensure that our efforts extend beyond Arbor Day and have a lasting impact on the environment.   EV Charging & Sustainability—Driving Toward a Low-Carbon Future Sustainability in the EV industry goes far beyond tree planting. At Workersbee, we believe that green energy solutions and sustainable business practices must go hand in hand. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in: ✅ Energy-Efficient EV Chargers: Our advanced charging solutions are designed to minimize energy loss, improving overall efficiency and reducing electricity consumption.✅ Eco-Friendly Materials: We prioritize the use of recyclable and sustainable materials in our chargers and packaging to reduce environmental impact.✅ Circular Manufacturing Processes: Workersbee is working towards a zero-waste production model, where materials are reused and repurposed to minimize waste generation.✅ Carbon Footprint Reduction: By promoting smart charging solutions, we help optimize grid energy usage and support the transition to a cleaner energy future.   By integrating these strategies, Workersbee is setting a new benchmark for sustainable innovation in the EV charging industry. Our Arbor Day efforts are not just a one-time initiative but a reflection of our long-term vision: to create a charging infrastructure that is not only efficient but also environmentally responsible. The Bigger Picture—Why Sustainability Matters According to environmental studies, a single mature tree can absorb up to 22 kilograms of CO₂ per year. With 500+ newly planted trees, our initiative is expected to help offset carbon emissions equivalent to the yearly emissions of 100+ gasoline vehicles. This reinforces the crucial link between green energy solutions and environmental preservation.   In the EV industry, sustainability is more than a buzzword—it’s a responsibility. The transition to electric vehicles reduces greenhouse gas emissions, but this shift must be supported by clean, renewable energy sources and eco-conscious business practices. At Workersbee, we see Arbor Day as an opportunity to drive this conversation forward and take real action.   Join Us in Building a Greener Tomorrow Sustainability requires collective effort. We invite our partners, customers, and industry peers to take part in this green movement. Here’s how you can contribute: Adopt Green Charging Solutions – Switching to energy-efficient EV chargers helps reduce electricity waste and supports a cleaner energy grid.Support Reforestation Projects – Join local initiatives to plant trees, restore forests, and enhance urban greenery.Choose Sustainable Business Practices – Make conscious decisions to reduce carbon footprints, whether through recycling, responsible sourcing, or sustainable investments.   At Workersbee, we are not just building charging infrastructure—we are powering a greener future. Every tree planted and every sustainable decision made contributes to a cleaner, healthier planet. Let’s work together to make every charge and every action count for a more sustainable world.   Follow us for more sustainability initiatives and industry insights!Contact us to explore our latest eco-friendly EV charging solutions.
