This cable comes with Type 2 connectors. 

Type 2 to Type 2, standard 5 metre EV Charging Cable 16Amps/32Amps. This mode 3 charging cable has a charging capacity of 16A/32A, it is ideal to charge your type 2 electric car at a maximum power of 22KW (3.2KW-22KW).

They allow you to charge your car from any public or home EV charging point. It is compatible with all charging stations and all Type 2 electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.  

This cable works on all mode 3 Charging stations according to the applicable standards ISO 17409 and IEC 61851.

Use Instruction

The Type 2 end of this cable must always be plugged directly into a charge point socket, this can not be used as an extension or an adaptor to a tethered lead.

How to start charging ? 

1. Firmly insert the Type 2 male plug into the outlet socket on the AC EVSE.

2. Insert the Type 2 female plug into the inlet socket on the electric vehicle.

3. Lock your electric vehicle and the AC EVSE will charge the vehicle.

How to stop charging ? 

1. Unplug the Type 2 male plug from the EVSE outlet to disconnect power.

2. Disconnect the Type 2 female plug from the vehicle inlet.

3. Put the EV charging cable away.
