Job Description

· Organising and structuring of all the accounting activities in accordance to the local accounting compliancy;

· Liaising with our external accountancy firm to in regards to tax declarations;

· Managing the AR and AP activities and liaising with our HQ Finance Department for incoming inquiries;

· Being the first point of contact in regards to billing related matters and providing all stakeholders with a professional solution;

· Generating financial performance analysis and providing the Company financial suggestions to avoid financial or legal risks;

· Other duties as directed by the HR & Operation Director.


Job Requirement

· Min. a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration discipline

· 2-3 years of relevant working experience

· Familiar with Dutch GAAP, local tax requirements and compliancy

· IFRS would be considered as a major plus

· High accuracy in the daily tasks

· Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision

· Excellent problem solving and communication skills

· Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken). Dutch would be considered as a plus
