The Workersbee CCS1 400A DC charging connector is designed for DC charging systems that require a naturally cooled high-current connector. It follows the SAE J1772 interface standard and is intended for electric vehicles using the CCS1 charging interface.

The connector is rated at 400A and 1000V DC. Key parameters include insulation resistance above 500MΩ, withstand voltage of 3000V, insertion and withdrawal force below 100N, and a mechanical life above 20,000 no-load cycles. The flammability rating is UL94 V-0.
For outdoor and commercial charging environments, the connector is specified to IP55 and supports an operating ambient temperature range from -40℃ to 50℃. The product also supports temperature monitoring, which must be enabled in use according to the specification.
The 400A version supports project-based customization of cable length, stripping length, lug type, and sensor type. Available sensor options include PT1000 and NTC, depending on charger-side integration requirements.
